Kitchen

Maver Designs was commissioned to do a full gut renovation which included new dimmable lighting, new cabinets, new counter, a stone sink, back splash, and all new fixtures and appliances . We removed the laminate flooring and put in new ceramic tiles which we continued into the hallway. The client loved the photos of a previous project and requested we recreate the same scheme. We modified the scheme by changing the counters to something with more movement and a lighter in tone.

Bathroom

Maver Designs redid this gardener's bathroom into this charming full bath with a washer/drier. All new PVC plumbing was installed to replace the crumbling cast iron pipes. A new shower, vanity, mirror, and laundry area were provided.

Master Bathroom

Maver Designs was commissioned to do this gorgeous one of a kind bathroom. Our client had very specific needs including a whirlpool tub, a stand in shower, and a urinal.
We discussed multiple options for the tub and our client decided that the tub should be at a perpendicular to the shower. This allows them to come out of the shower, stand in the tub while the water drips from them and then step out while almost dry: no more puddles on the floor! A beautiful glass vessel sink on a custom black granite counter to match the tub surround was designed for this bathroom. 

Galley Kitchen

Maver Designs designed the full gut renovation of this very small galley kitchen to include a new dishwasher and suspended microwave. An all new cabinet layout to maximize the space was created to include a new pantry, soft slide drawers, and custom backsplash. A large Silgranite sink was coordinated to match the beautiful vintage green and black salvaged granite counters. All new GFI electrical outlets and under-cabinet lighting round off this lovely project. As always, Maver Designs thrived to create this kitchen with the client's budget in mind and made sure to remain under budget during the entire process.

French Country Kitchen    

Maver Designs was commissioned to design this kitchen. We found the perfect color stain for the cabinets, worked with the client to find the appropriate appliances, spent weeks looking for just the right tile to finish this space. When Maver Designs was originally contracted to designed this space and the kitchen's four walls, we saw the possibilities of the space and what removing a wall and creating an island would achieve. Doing this opened up this kitchen into the dining room and created an open floor plan. There is nothing more beautiful than seeing a project come together after a long process of research to make it perfect for our client.
